These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between the buyer (hereinafter also “you,” “your,” “customer”) and the seller (hereinafter also “we,” “Pip’s Tea”). These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders and sales transactions through the webshop www.pips-tea.com and the products offered on the website. These general conditions also apply to sales realized through a channel other than the website of Pip’s Tea.
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions of sale in full and without reservation. We have the right to modify the terms and conditions of sale. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of change.
These terms and conditions shall always take precedence over any other terms and conditions as formulated by the customer, except when previously, in writing and expressly accepted by Pip’s Tea.

At Pip’s Tea, we resolve disputes and problems preferably by mutual agreement. Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions. We have compiled our web shop with the greatest care, yet it may happen that the information offered is incomplete, incorrect or not up to date. We greatly appreciate it if you notify us of this so we can correct it immediately but please know that such errors or mistakes in the offer cannot be used against Pip’s Tea. Under no circumstances are we liable for material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
3. Our craftsmanship drinks you with wit
We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, you declare that you are responsible for the purchase and are therefore over 18 years of age. If uncertain of age upon delivery, you will be asked for your ID card.
